Article 1 - Definitions

In these General Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

Cooling-off period: The period within which the consumer can exercise their right of withdrawal;

Day: Calendar day;
Fixed transaction: A distance contract for a series of products/services delivered over time;
Durable medium: Any tool that enables the consumer or trader to store information for future reference;
Right of withdrawal: The option for the consumer to cancel the contract within the cooling-off period;
Entrepreneur: The legal entity offering products/services at a distance to consumers;
Distance contract: A contract concluded via a system of distance communication without physical interaction;
Means of distance communication: Any method used to conclude a contract remotely;
General Terms and Conditions: These terms and conditions as set by the entrepreneur.
